LANDLORDS 

  • There is no charge to visit your property and to provide a rental assessment.

  • There is no charge for advice and guidance whilst you consider the opportunity to let your property.

  • We will advertise your property and conduct escorted visits without an up-front charge.

  • There is no initial fee to pay when your property is let.

  • Thereafter a management fee is charged as a percentage of the monthly rent.

TENANTS

In addition to paying your rent, below we have listed payments you may have to make.

​

PRIOR TO MOVE IN -

​

  • 1 weeks rent - Holding Deposit

  • 5 weeks rent - Security Deposit

​DURING YOUR TENANCY - 

​

  • Council tax

  • TV license

  • Utilities - Gas, electricity, water and sewage charges

  • Subscriptions - Cable TV, broadband and telephone

​

​Any other permitted payments, not included above, for breaches of contract or under the relevant legislation including contractual damages. These may include reasonable costs or losses incurred for loss of keys, late payment of rent and changes to the tenancy agreement or early termination, if the Landlord agrees they can be made, up to the permitted limits.
